- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training and resources to customers.

- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- At least 5 year work experience as customer success, solution consultant or related roles
- Experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Vietnamese natives, Professional English skills
- Able to drive to visit customer sites in upcountry areas
- Proven sales experience in software industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project
- Japanese Language is plus but not required
