Proficiency in Chinese is essential for this role, as it involves extensive interaction with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.Expectation:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in team management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
