Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Attend meetings and handle negotiations with Japanese clients - Manage project schedules and monitor progress - Support the Japanese President with tasks such as interpretation, meeting minutes, and report preparation - Assist the Project Manager with ongoing projects - Coordinate and communicate with internal departments (design, construction, procurement, etc.) - Support other internal operations as needed *Business trips may be requiredJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Age: 25 - 33 years old ・Gender: Any ・Language: Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) and English proficiency ・Experience: +Have at least 3 years of experience in corporate sales +Project management experience: - IT system development project PM - Event planning and exhibition coordination - Marketing campaign execution and progress control - Coordination of new product development/launch in manufacturing - HR system implementation or organizational change project management
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Work experience in the interior design, construction, or architectural industry ・Project management experience in interior design or construction projects
