Senior Partnership - UXC, SPX Express

• Connect, establish, and develop cooperative relationships, manage long-term partnerships for key partners across diversified categories in F&B, payment, digitals, lifestyle, automotive, government affairs
• Develop joint partnership plans with potential partners (consumer brands, financial institutions, etc) and execute partnership campaigns
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across partners and internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved. Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
• Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance
• Create and routinely update templates for internal tracking and external reporting of partnership result
• Manage campaign performance to ensure ongoing optimization & budget control (if applicable)

• At least 4 years of work experience in commercial and/or marketing partnership management
• Excellent communication with solid stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in developing and managing partnerships, with a track record of successful relationship-building
• Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under pressure
• Willing to be hands-on with solid project management and execution abilities
• Result-oriented and proactive approach in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
