- Project Management: Oversee and drive end-to-end execution of strategic partnership projects-from planning, timeline management, execution tracking to post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, finance, product, data) and external partners to align deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Milestone Tracking: Define project scopes, set clear milestones, and regularly track progress to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation.
- Process Governance: Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, status updates, post-mortems, and reporting templates.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with business owners to track key metrics post-launch and recommend optimizations or process improvements for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Good command of English
- Proficient in google suites products
- Experience supporting partnership, marketing, or financial services-related projects.
- Understanding of the eCommerce, consumer banking, loyalty landscape and Shopee ecosystem.
- Exposure to contracts, budget coordination, or campaign planning processes.
