Recruitment Associate

• Assists in sourcing for positions from Job Level 6 – Job Level 8 using different sourcing channels
• Organizes pool of candidates for current and future vacancies
• Reviews candidate’s suitability for vacant posts from Job Level 6 – Job Level 8 and endorses applicants for virtual lobby
• Conducts initial screening either through phone or face to face and assists in arranging and organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Prepares pertinent documents needed for the interview
• Conducts initial interviews to present a shortlist of suitable candidates from Job Level 6 – Job Level 8 to hiring managers
• Updates hiring managers regarding recruitment progress
• Performs background investigation prior to employment and coordinates the pre-employment requirements with the chosen candidate
• Monitors the submission of Company’s pre-employment requirements
• Sends job offers and contracts to employees and ensures these are duly signed
• Coordinates with all appropriate departments for all office equipment needed upon hiring (office space, computer, etc.)
• Assists the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the recruitment process of all positions

• Aids in conducting the preliminary steps of the hiring process for all applicants
• Assists in the facilitation of virtual lobbies and ensures the accomplishment of all necessary application forms and exams

• Monitors applicants’ progress in the hiring process by maintaining an internal recruitment tracker/database
• Schedules interviews with leaders and collects feedback afterward
• Coordinates with the Operations department for the scheduling of client interviews of applicants
• Accomplishes and endorses documents needed for client interviews
• Generates reports and updates trackers of the People Acquisition Team

• Generates recruitment end-of-day and weekly report
• Runs weekly recruitment activity report with the Talent Acquisition team

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
