ACG_2688_JOBOur client is a leading securities company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Oversee all business activities related to Covered Warrants, including the development and improvement of related processes and systems.Take charge of the performance outcomes of warrant issuance across all stages including Release, Creation, Risk Prevention, and Reporting.Carry out derivatives and warrant transactions in line with the approved business strategy.Be accountable for achieving the department’s KPIs as assigned by the Department Head.Develop strategic business plans for upcoming Covered Warrants product offerings.Coordinate with the Management Board to provide updates on new products and policy changes.Monitor and prepare various reports, including:Monitoring and hedging position reports.Sales tracking and performance of Covered Warrants instruments.Risk control and market-making reports for the Management Board.Other reports as requested.Complete internal training programs provided by the company.Mentor and support junior staff within the department in operational tasks and professional development.Perform other duties as assigned by the company.RequirementsPossess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.Have at least 5 years of professional experience in securities investment, especially in the derivatives market; senior-level candidates are preferred.Solid understanding of Covered Warrant operations, especially with delta hedging techniques.Ability to gather, analyze, and assess data related to the macro economy, stock markets, and listed companies to support investment decisions.Proficiency in technical analysis and stock/business evaluation is a strong advantage.Strong execution skills in trading environments.Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience in data processing; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA or Python is an added plus.Strong presentation and communication skills.Contact: Ngan Nguyen or Hieu NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
