- Market & Customer Research: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and historical performance data to identify product assortment opportunities.
- Planning & Optimization: Develop data-driven product assortment plans, manage categories, and source new high-potential products.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze sales data, KPIs, and reviews to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between assortment, marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
- User Insights & Growth: Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for user growth and feature improvement.
- Product Performance Measurement & Improvement: Develop, manage and track product marketing campaigns across various channels, to optimize effectiveness.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related field with proven experience in developing and executing data-driven product assortment strategies. The ideal candidate also needs to have excellent understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends in product assortment planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in working with data sets and deriving insights. Experience with e-commerce analytics platforms and tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Experience in product management or SaaS operations, with user research methodologies and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of the Social-commerce/ Live-commerce is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to communicate efficiently in Vietnamese and English is required
