We're looking for a holistic marketing profile to develop & deploy co-marketing activities between Grab & brand partners. This role will work under Marketing lead, report to the Marketing Head; working closely with other teams & senior stakeholders.03 KEY SCOPES:Champion in developing new Ads/Marketing innovations: Define opportunities, establish framework & bring innovations to life, including:New co-marketing platformsNew Ads/Marketing formats / solutionsDrive adoption in new regionsMain in-charge for growth & engagement agenda to inspire & acquire brand partners, including:Awareness & credential building activities for Grab Marketing Solutions in the industryEngagement activities & events with brand partners, in coordination with regional teamDrive & scale up core solutions to FMCG brand partners, including:Digital samplingMega salesEVERYDAY STAKEHOLDERS:External: Brand partners, agency partnersInternal: Commercial team, Ads team & other Marketing teams (local & regional)QualificationsStrong business sense with entrepreneur mindset to spot & seize opportunitiesStrategic thinking & planning skills to develop framework & packageGood knowledge of Ads & media landscape, digital trends, ecommerceGood at data analysis to unlock actionable insightsBias for action; urge to explore & drive new thingsCapability to deploy marketing activities & manage projects on time in fullResourceful & fast learning ability in an ever-changing environmentFlexibility & adaptability with business needs; ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Marketing / Business AdministrationExcellent written & verbal communication skills in English & VietnameseFrom 2 years of full time working experience in the same role or similar scope of workAdditional InformationBenefits at Grab:We care deeply about your well-being and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
