R&D Expert - Steamed / Fried / Grilled Processed Meat DevelopmentReporting to: R&D DirectorQualifications: Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Food Engineering, or Bioengineering.Experience: Minimum of 15 years in developing processed meat products (chicken/pork), particularly using steaming, frying, or grilling methods. Experience with products for export to Japan, Korea, Singapore, the Middle East, and the Philippines is highly preferred.Requirement: Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.2. R&D Expert - Crispy Pork Product InnovationReporting to: R&D DirectorQualifications: Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Technology, Meat Processing, or a related field.Experience: Over 15 years of hands-on R&D experience in developing innovative meat-based products, with a strong emphasis on crispy pork formulations.3. R&D Expert - MTS Foods & Seafood / Soaked Product DevelopmentReporting to: R&D DirectorQualifications: Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Technology, Meat Processing, or a relevant discipline.Experience: More than 15 years of practical R&D experience in developing meat-based products, particularly in MTS foods, seafood, and soaked poultry items.Additional Skills: Proven experience in establishing and maintaining food quality and safety systems such as HACCP and GMP.
