Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in high-rise building projects within the real estate sector.
Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, due diligence, and risk analysis, ensuring alignment with our investment criteria and objectives.
Lead the negotiation and structuring of M&A transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and development to execute transactions efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and manage investment portfolios, including tracking performance, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to optimize returns.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including property owners, developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform investment decisions and strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investment, with a focus on M&A transactions and high-rise building projects.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, executing, and managing real estate investments, with demonstrated ability to deliver strong financial results.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with real estate investment software and tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, CCIM) are advantageous.
