Job Title: Financial Management ExpertLocation: Vietnam (Premier Local Bank)Responsibilities:Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategic financial plans to support the bank's growth objectives and ensure long-term financial sustainability.Budget Planning: Lead the budget planning process, collaborating with stakeholders to set financial targets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor budget performance.Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.Investment Management: Manage the bank's investment portfolio, including asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, to optimize returns while adhering to regulatory requirements.Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to manage expenses and improve cost-effectiveness across all areas of the bank's operations.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, risk management, and compliance teams, to align financial strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and reporting requirements relevant to financial management activities.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of financial management practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the bank.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Finance) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of banking regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards applicable in Vietnam.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial software applications.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
