We are currently embarking on an exciting project and are seeking a talented Design Engineer with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. This unique position bridges the gap between design and development, ensuring our web applications are not only functional but visually compelling.As the Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our development process, acting as the vital link between our marketing and engineering teams, combining the art of design with the art of programming. You will collaborate with the development team to implement user interface and website designs and ensure an inviting, easy-to-use and seamless user experience. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency in frontend development and a strong aesthetic sense to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experience. Design and implement UI/UX for web application and website
Work closely with the engineering team to grasp the functionality and structure of web components developed with Next.js.
Apply Tailwind CSS to improve and beautify the user interface components, ensuring responsiveness and consistency with design guidelines.
Adapt designs from reference applications and websites, incorporating best practices and innovative design solutions.
Proactively research and monitor trending apps/designs to gather inspiration and best practices in UI/UX.
Communicate effectively with both designers and developers to bridge any gaps and ensure a cohesive and visually appealing product.
Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

RequirementsRequirements

You love to design — in code. You’ve got a track record of creating beautiful experiences for the web, and code is your design tool.
Proficient in Frontend development using Next.js and styling with Tailwind CSS.
Proficient using npm packages.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and development, specifically with projects using Tailwind CSS.
Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Strong analytical/learning skills to study and derive insights from reference apps and designs.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design and development concepts clearly.
Self-motivated with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
