- Planning and supervising marketing activities
- Coordinate with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
- Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
- Conduct marketing campaigns and trade marketing/ events to promote brand awareness among consumers.
- Coordinate with design team to develop window displays and signage.
- Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
- Maintain customer relationship programs.
- Collaborate with brand team to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
- Generate marketing reports to management when needed.
- Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve branding/brand awareness and increase sales
- Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
- Help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to provide creative copy including headlines, tag lines, for offline, and other digital material sent/ showed to customers.
- Help maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
- Enter marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data for customer services.
- Organize and plan the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, contractors
- Work with KOLs, beauty bloggers in order to increase brand awareness for brands
- ·Book relevant medias slots offline and online for all Brands following brand guidelines and brand identity.
- Improve customers’ shopping experience & product content based on customers' feedback
- Self-manage his/her workload in order to reach the targets and KPIs.
- Manage social media channels and EDM.
- Manage database and increase database by marketing activities.
- Minimum 2 years experiences of relevant work preferably in the beauty, fragrance or fashion industry
- Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English
- Be a regular internet user and be well versed with techniques of internet based research
- Familiar with online shopping trends
- Basic knowledge about ecommerce
- Content writing, corporate writing, and Marketing writing skills
- Have the ability to work with variety of writing styles, content types and on diverse topics/ fields
- Interpersonal and Time management skills: Candidate must be able to work on multiple tasks/ projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines.
- University Degree or equivalent Advance Diploma
- ·Good at computers skills, having Adobe Photoshop basic knowledge is a plus.
