Join with full accountability and ownership for a project, for a digital solution for business.
Actively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications.
Manage business critical digital projects and deliver information systems that bring commercial advantage.
Enable faster and smarter decision making, transform business processes and implement analytics & digital technologies in customer and consumers data to deliver actionable insights.
Build collaborative relationships with the various teams you interact with, understanding and communicating effectively with internal and external business partners.
Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks.
Build your own skills and knowledge through the job experience, coaching & training.

Your role as a Commercial IT Intern:

Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities
Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and team members.

Job Qualifications

Final-year university students with IT background or with one of the following majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Technology, or any relevant majors that available to work full-time from July 2025.
Able to use PowerApps, Power BI, Industrial digital solution (data analysis), Excel (macro, etc) and SAP.
You are an excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills
You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented approach especially during issues
You have an ability to drive innovation and business growth
You have ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and show flexibility
English Fluency (written and spoken)
