We’re looking for a Logistics Procurement Supervisor to join our Procurement team. In this role, you’ll help lead sourcing efforts, manage vendor relationships, and support the design and execution of warehouse and transportation solutions.If you enjoy working with data, negotiating with suppliers, and making supply chains more efficient, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Primary Responsibilities and Outputs:Transport and warehouse Solution Design:- Support business growth through transport solution design and the best possible deals.- Good knowledge at design solutions, transport models and services nationwide (Vietnam).- Present solutions for internal stakeholders and external Customers.- Analyze market trends, competitors, activities, and industry developments to identify potential sources of supply and cost savings opportunities.- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents related to transportation and warehouse procurement activities.- Innovative solutions and TMS knowledgeable and managementTransport and warehouse Procurement:- Develop and implement transportation and warehouse procurement strategies to ensure efficient and the best cost-effective procurement of transport services.- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.- Develop and implement procedures and systems for the management of transportation procurement activities when required.- Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters related to transportation and warehouse procurement.Vendor Contract Management:- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws related to transportation and warehouse procurement activities.- Negotiate terms of contract with suppliers and vendors.- Monitor supplier performance and take remedial action where necessary.- Evaluate Tenders, quotations, and proposals submitted by suppliers, vendors, and contractors.- Prepare the transport solutions section of Tender response documents for presentation to customers- Support the optimization and new contracts, renewal contracts.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned (if any)Requirement and skillsAt least 3 years of experience in supply chain services, especially in warehouse and transportation planning, operations, or solution design.Excellence skills in vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ability to use relevant software and systems to complete procurement activities efficiently and accurately.Good at Communication skills, effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and maximize efficiency.Tender Management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate resources to meet objectives on time and within budget.Cost Analysis: ability to analyze and compare costs of different vendors in order to make the best purchasing decisions.Risk Management: ability to identify risks associated with procurement activities and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.Budgeting for procurement activities, Strategic thinking about analyze data and facts, identify key trends and develop creative solutions to complex problems, regulatory Compliance with all applicable laws.Functional know-how in Transport Management SystemWillingness to domestic travel frequently.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.At least 3 years or more working experience in transportation and warehouse procurement and design solutions.Why You’ll Love Working with UsBe part of a collaborative and forward-thinking logistics team.Work on meaningful projects that impact real-world operations.Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career growth.Contribute to a global supply chain network with a strong reputation for excellence.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
