As a QC Supervisor, you will manage both incoming material inspection and process quality control activities. You will oversee a team of QC inspectors, ensure accurate testing and equipment calibration and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and root cause investigations. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to uphold quality standards during audits and customer visits, manage QC consumables, and support productivity enhancements. You will also lead ETQ modules, QMS procedures, and EHS practices within the laboratory implementation.Key Responsibilities:

Make sure all incoming material are qualitative before using for production
Manage QC team to adapt production plan and accuracy of all testing
Oversee the calibration, service and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Ensure equipment is calibrated, and functioning correctly
Ensure implementation of all ETQ modules for QC. Follow up QMS
Investigate all defective and passed out specification batches, customer complaint, facilitate RCA and ensure corrective action are implemented to prevent reoccurrence
Manage and effect improvement on key KPIs of QC team
Leading 5S, EHS implementation for Laboratory

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree in relevant discipline
Knowledge in paint or chemicals will be added advantage
Minimum 4 years working experience in manufacturing plant preferably in paint industry
Minimum 2 years working experience in QC lead roles
Have experience maintaining ISO 9001 system/QMS
Proficiency in local language and English
Good at Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
