Joining Olmix means joining a team with an innovative mindset that is at the heart of Olmix’s development.🌏 Job contextReporting to the General Director of Vietnam, the main role of the Marketing Asia Manager is to define and implement the marketing and communication strategy in order to increase brand awareness and market share of Olmix in Asia.The position is based in Vietnam and works in close collaboration with the Group Marketing & Communication team in France, acting as a key bridge between headquarters and local teams. Duties include tasks related to strategic marketing, market analysis, communication development, and team management.🎯 What you’ll do (missions)Develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy across AsiaPlan, monitor, and follow up marketing activities for different territoriesManage and coordinate the marketing team in China and VietnamConduct market analysis, including customer visits, competitor analysis, and market researchPresent reports on market trends and key insights to internal teams and clientsAct as the main contact point between headquarters and Asia, ensuring alignment and support to local teamsDevelop and manage communication materials (brochures, product sheets, newsletters, digital content, etc.) in line with brand guidelinesCoordinate with external partners (agencies, printers, translators) and monitor productionManage press relations, including advertisements, press releases, and technical articlesOrganize and manage regional events (seminars, exhibitions, webinars)Support budget planning and ensure compliance with the marketing budgetEnsure consistency of communication across different divisionsSupport Sales teams in key account follow-up and customer activities📇 What you bring✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
✅ Experience in agriculture, animal feed, veterinary, or FMCG industries is a plus
✅ Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office
✅ Strong understanding of Marketing Mix (4Ps) and project management
✅ Fluent in English (French is an advantage, other Asian languages are a plus)
✅ Strong soft skills: autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, organization, and multitasking📍 Location
