Responsibilities:Forge Partnership Channels: Cultivate and expand partnership channels spanning various sectors, identifying key stakeholders and nurturing enduring relationships.Lead Generation: Proactively initiate contact with potential clients and partners, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, and employing cold calling and email strategies to generate top-tier leads.CRM Oversight: Assume responsibility for managing the Hubspot CRM system, ensuring leads are thoroughly qualified and efficiently handled for timely follow-up and conversion.Engage in Exhibitions: Represent Luxolis at industry exhibitions within the designated territory, interfacing with potential partners and clients to exhibit our offerings and explore collaborative prospects.Generate Investment Leads: Spearhead initiatives to generate investment leads through targeted outbound activities, contributing to the overall growth and prosperity of the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience in sales, partnership development, and management.Proficiency in the 3D scanning and construction industries is advantageous.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated track record of cultivating and sustaining strategic partnerships.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
