- Lead the project team to perform payroll engagements and update status to Manager
- Actively equip relevant knowledge to identify tax risk and provide practical solutions in each engagement
- Demonstrate a professional working attitude
- Develop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.
- Assist Manager in preparing proposals and business development materials
- Be in charge of the reconciliation reports with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or other business-related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with an international firm
- Willing to be outsourced to client sites as required
- Self-starter, organized, attention to details, willing-to-learn attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on several projects
- MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowing payroll software & HRM with EES system and/or analysis/data working tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc. is preferred
