Application development:
- Responsible for providing technical guidance to lead the team to successfully implement jobs and projects;
- Monitoring the analysis and timely resolution of technical and application problems;
- Proactively identify areas of improvement needed to improve technological processes while minimizing disruption to business operations;
- Ensure on-time delivery of work and projects and adhere to high-quality development principles;
- Assist the Technology Team Leader in developing the team's blueprint based on Techcombank's business needs and goals.
Project management:
- Ensure project results and progress according to plan;
- Proactively solve problems arising in the process of performing work, including ensuring resources operate efficiently and smoothly.Key Accountabilities (2)Risk management and compliance:
- Identify risks and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in operations.
- Ensure that the teams in the department fulfill their commitments on service quality, comply with regulations and policies of the Bank.Key Accountabilities (3)PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member's professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members' contributions towards the team's shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.Success Profile - Qualification and ExperiencesQualifications
- University degree or higher, majoring in finance/economics/banking/business administration/computer science
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years in related field
- At least 2 years in management position
Foreign language
- English Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB's regulations in each period
