Design, develop, and maintain MIS and Regulatory Reporting applications

Design complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting

Support regulatory submissions to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other authorities, as well as ad hoc business and compliance reports.

Develop backend services using Java

Build and optimize complex SQL queries, performance for large scale data processing, ensure accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with business and compliance teams to meet reporting deadlines

Provide system support and enhancements as needed

Job Requirements

Strong experience with Java backend development

In depth expertise in complex SQL, especially Oracle SQL

Experience handling large data volumes and reporting logic

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial IT systems

Experience with banking MIS systems or SBV regulatory reporting is a strong advantage

Good understanding of banking data structures and financial reporting flows

Good analytical and data handling skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments

Good problem solving and analytical thinking

Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), Korean is plus
