- Develop and implement a robust QA strategy aligned with the companys objectives and product roadmaps.
- Set and maintain quality benchmarks, processes, and best practices across all teams and projects.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing QA team across multiple locations and initiatives.
- Drive the adoption and evolution of automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support to integrate QA into every phase of development.
- Define and monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate quality trends, identify areas for improvement, and assess release readiness.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, GDPR) as required.
- Cultivate a quality-first mindset within the organization, championing continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC, STLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, LoadRunner, Jenkins, Jira).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or transportation is a plus.
- ISTQB certification or similar professional QA credentials.
- Experience with cloud testing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of DevSecOps and integrating security into the QA process.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in test automation or quality analytics is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
