This role will develop & automate reports & dashboards using the best available technology and sustainable solution design adhering to P&G security/architecture standards. The role will lead project activities across requirements and scope assessment, design and development, testing and validation, working with internal and external resources. This role will also be responsible to investigate and fix issues on data quality and master data maintenance, coordinating with the responsible teams to ensure integrity and accuracy of P&G reporting systems.Your teamThis role reports to the Country IT Lead & will be part of a multi-functional team working with Sales and Commercial teams in local/regional markets.How success looks likeSolid understanding of business strategies, goals and processes, and how technology can positively impact themAbility to develop in-depth business, domain, and systems knowledge for building relevant solutions and servicesAbility to ensure service operations standards and drive continuous improvementExcellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner and work within diverse organizations and teamsAbility to lead agile IT innovation, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better business resultsStrong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to manage complexity and overcome challenges to drive transformationResponsibilities of the roleOversee IT operational excellence for Sales-related systems and solutions, including Sales Force Automation (SFA)/ERP integration, and reporting platforms.Lead scalable IT Systems projects in the market, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and strategic vendors, ensuring fit-for-use solutions and high usage adoptionManage and enhance Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and strong user engagement through coordination with sales and operations teams.Design and build dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI, working closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver impactful visual analytics. Optimize data models and datasets for performance and scalability.Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripts, Power Automate, and other tools to streamline repetitive processes, boost efficiency, and reduce manual effort.Maintain comprehensive documentation and monitor workflow performance.Manage IT Applications operations and ensure compliance with Application Governance processes.Multi-functional/end-users training initiatives, including the creation of standard process documentation and knowledge sharing to support ongoing capability development.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of working experience in big corporationsGood understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.Proficient in SQL and database management (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL).Experience in business process automation (e.g., using Power Automate, scripting).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Coursework/ExperienceFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systems.Understanding of IT architecture principles and componentsUnderstanding of IT Service Operations Management and continuous improvementUnderstanding of Big Data environments (Microsoft Azure) and management of Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks, Jupyter)Experience in leading and managing ProjectsKnowledge of Stewardship, Privacy and Information securityAt P&G, we don't just offer a job, we provide a career with diverse assignments and numerous development opportunities to groom our future leaders!About usWe produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
