Position Title: Multimedia LeadDepartment: Office of Marketing and CommunicationsEmployment Type: Full-timeReporting LinesSolid reports to: Creative ManagerDotted-line reports to: N/AList by title positions which report directly to this position: N/A1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Multimedia Lead's primary responsibility is to create multimedia products that aligns with the University's brand and messaging. The responsibilities of this role include:

Design and support marketing & communication campaigns aligned with the schools goals.
Develop communication concepts from ideation (storyboarding) to the execution and delivery of the final product.
Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, press release ).
Establish our digital and social media presence to boost brand awareness.
Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Other duties as assigned by the Creative Manager.

Other duties:Contributing to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed; and perform other duties as assigned.2. RequirementsEducation: BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:o Proven work experience as Art Director or Multimedia Designer.o Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software.o Experience with visual communication principles.o Excellent analytical and project management skills.o An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.o Strong verbal and written communication skills.o BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.o Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.3.
