Food Exchange restaurant offers all-day dining, the 167 Faubourg Bar is great for a drink while the 20th-floor OnTop bar, with 360-degree view over the city, is an ideal place to unwind.Job Description- Manage staff & operation of Sales Department.- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).- Search for new clients at the same time maintain & enforce relationship with existing accounts.- Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the hotel.- Develops and analyses new markets and new market segments- Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.- Monitors and supervises team's production and activities- Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization- Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segmentations.- Ensures that the plan is adhered to as well as monitors its progress and updates if necessary.- Ensure the availability of after-sales services as well as ability to handle smoothly guest complaints if any.Qualifications
  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
