ACG_2810_JOBOur client is a company specialized in home appliances, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Manage and take responsibility for departmental operations and coordinate with other departments on overall company activities.Collaborate with product category teams to source products that align with business goals and requirements.Take charge of supplier sourcing, qualification, sample coordination, and support product development (R&D); address any issues arising during sample evaluation and finalize launch parameters (pricing, delivery time).Drive negotiations with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and conditions; recommend suppliers based on quality, price, and alignment with business strategy.Conduct regular cost trend analysis and propose target pricing strategies for each category.Monitor and assess supplier performance against both internal standards and market expectations.Ensure timely delivery of goods based on business schedules and quality requirements.Manage procurement under existing agreements and contracts; coordinate logistics and supplier payments.Oversee the accuracy and regulatory compliance of import documentation, including quality certification and customs clearance.Foster long-term relationships with vendors and external partners.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, incorrect labeling, or quality concerns.Represent the company at both domestic and international trade fairs to explore new sourcing opportunities.Initiate and implement process improvement projects, with a focus on automation and digital transformation.Supervise team members, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training as needed.Handle other tasks and reporting duties as assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role.In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and payment practices.Familiarity with Incoterms (2010 & 2020).Good grasp of customs and tax procedures related to import/export.Knowledge of import/export administrative processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.).Fluency in English and/or Chinese (spoken and written).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong numerical reasoning and logical thinking.Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.Proactive and adaptable.Honest, reliable, and meticulous.Self-driven and responsible.High level of accountability.Willing to travel when required.Contact: Giang TranDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
