- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Ops KAMs, Commercial Team, Seller Communication) to understand seller's operational challenges and develop performance improvement projects for sellers.
- Development of various operation-related services and supports that meet sellers' needs.
- Enhancement of current products and features offered by Shopee for sellers;
- Manage overall plan and daily performance of projects to meet KPIs.
- Work on project management tasks including
- Collect, review analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities;
- Develop project plans, schedules, and dependencies;
- Coordinate implementation, and drive actions across different teams;
- Track project results and outline initiatives to allocate resources effectively;
- Present the project outcomes;
- Coordinate with other teams to assist in delivering project results.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
- Preferred at least 2 years of work experience in project management, process improvement, or business development.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Good execution skills.
- Outcome-oriented, plan clear and systematic approaches, processes, and timelines, resourceful in getting the job done.
- Strong numerical and data analysis background for sizing impact/ problem for sizing impact/ problem.
- Familiar with dashboard design, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
- Able to produce periodic reports with highlighted insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
