- Review and analyse work processes, workloads, workflow and functional inter-relationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop and present amended organisational structures and staffing models; recommend work process changes as needed
- Study annual training and staff development needs of respective departments and make proposals of training plans
- Develop, propose and implement annual HR plans to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Company
- Explore the needs and recommend annual work-life balance programs for employees
- Identify critical workforce requirements against internal and external labour markets, design interventions to fill the gaps
- Assist department head in building training plans for talent employees for reskill/upskill
- Develop job requirements and job descriptions for new positions subject to agreed hiring plans of related departments
- Monitor performance management metrics, performance appraisal processes in cooperation with line managers
- Develop and analyse HR data for periodical HR reports
- 10+ years experience in HR general with at least 5+ years in middle management level; candidates who have been working experience in multi-national companies are preferable
- Ability to extend the scope of responsibilities as needed
- Ability to adapt quickly to environmental changes, increase employee motivation and engagement, create an innovative work environment
- Passion to foster a professional and ethical working style would be a plus
- At least obtaining bachelor's degree in business administration or laws
- Excellent English skills both in writing and speaking and strong communications skill
- Good presentation skill is a plus
- Excellent in Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly time management and detailed oriented
