- Search and develop a new list of individual customers for the company (VIP customer list): Search and update information of VIPs on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other sources.
- Analyze the VIP customer group to create a suitable outreach strategy.
- Approach and build relationships with VIP customers through direct meetings, events, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Manage and maintain a database of personal information and relationships with VIP customers. Evaluate and categorize customer groups.
- Verify information of VIP customers to propose and discuss customer development plans with the Board of Directors.
- Build a team, train and support skill development for team members.
- Provide sources and customer development solutions for team members.
- Develop KPI competency frameworks and guide the development of team members.
- Bachelors degree.
- Fluent in English, good communication skills and pleasant appearance.
- Ability to develop relationships with VIP customers and take initiative in work.
- Computer skills: Proficient in office software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent in writing skills and good communication skills.
- Energetic, quick-witted, and eager to learn.
