We are looking for a self-driven individual willing to help continue to build & scale intern/entry level hiring for Marvell’s South-East Asia region. This person will also be supporting various intern programming activities such as educational, social, technical and soft-skill trainings and events. Building long-term relationships with specific target universities and the engineering schools in these countries will be a key function of this role.What You Can ExpectManage the candidate pipeline and communications both internally & externallyManage Intern/Early Career recruiting for various business units (technical & non-technical)Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the standardized hiring policies. Responsibilities include managing candidates through interviews, feedback & selection process, partnering with hiring managers, preparing compensation analysis, engaging immigration and export compliance and closing candidatesPlanning and coordinating campus events, networking nights, and career fairsEngage, build, and maintain relationships and branding events at targeted schools, organizations, and academic conferences, coordinating event logistics and traveling when neededCoordinate with hiring managers of interns’ performance on the jobWhat We're Looking ForBasic Requirements:3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment in a corporate settingSolid knowledge of on-campus university hiring practices and/or direct experience in university recruitingAble to travel up to 20-30% including site and campus visitsStrong written and verbal understanding of the English languagePreferred Requirements:Experience managing university level requisitions (Internship and Full-Time)Working knowledge of intern programming that drives conversions of interns to fulltime employees upon graduationBasic understanding of university curriculum development and pedagogyExperience in collaboration with universities in Vietnam, Singapore and TaiwanTechnically savvy, experience with Workday or other ATS systemsAbility to learn Marvell’s core technologies and the academic majors that feed into our workExperience working with internal and external recruiting partners (students, university staff and faculty, campus teams, hiring managers, new hires, interns, and more)Strong communication, networking & analytical skills#LI-UN1Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsWith competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
