Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth production activities by effectively communicating expectations, planning tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating job results. You will also be tasked with implementing cost-saving strategies and techniques to optimise resources. Ensuring timely completion of production plans will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant sources for any repair issues that arise. You will also perform analyses for non-conformity reports and suggest corrective & preventive actions. Resolving employee disputes and maintaining harmonious relationships within the team will be part of your remit. Furthermore, you will communicate with other manufacturing departments as needed, evaluate the condition of production equipment regularly, maintain a clean and safe working environment for all workers, and compile and analyse production records.

Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques
Ensure that production plans are completed within set timelines
Contact appropriate sources for repair issues
