Job Responsibilities
✓ Act under the instruction and supervise of Senior Consultant/ Project Manager/ Manager/Director ✓ Support Senior consultant to develop proposals for new projects based on client requests ✓ Conduct surveys and studies related to specific industries/ market trends to prepare for projects ✓ Conduct interviews with clients/ interview targets to gather information about their needs and desires for a project's outcome ✓ Perform analyses of data collected from surveys or interviews to identify trends or opportunities for improvement ✓ Provide consulting services by identifying problems and recommending solutions ✓ Guide Freshman by mentoring them and providing regular feedback on performanceJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Accounting / Auditing / Financing / Foreign Trade / Law - Language: Japanese - Business Level (Equivalent to N2) - Experience: + Junior Level: From 1 - 2 years experience at a Consulting Firm/ Bank/ Securities/ Funding Firm or having experience as a Consultant/ Business Analyst/ Finance Advisory + Senior Level: At least 3 years experience at a Consulting firm/ Bank/ Securities/ Funding Firm or having experience as a Consultant/ Business Analyst/ Finance Advisory - Others: ▪ Willing to work in a Japanese consulting environment ▪ Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Teamwork skill ▪ Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PPT
