- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments across multiple sectors.
- Oversee financial modeling, risk analysis, and investment committee processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and optimize asset management strategies.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends and investment strategy.
- Building relationships with external partners to strengthen the company's market position in Vietnam.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or fund management.
- Proven track record in capital raising and investment execution, ideally in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnam market and investor landscape.
- Strong network of institutional and private investors across Asia and globally.
- Excellent financial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
