About the JobAs a Medical Representative at Sanofi Vaccines, you’ll be at the forefront of public health—connecting healthcare professionals with vital immunization solutions. Your role is to ensure our vaccine portfolio is accessible and trusted by building strong partnerships and delivering high-impact scientific engagement across your assigned territory in the North.We chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. In our Vaccines team, we protect millions from infectious diseases every year. With a focus on innovation and impact, you’ll help us drive immunization efforts that safeguard communities and shape healthier futures across Vietnam.Main Responsibilities
  • Drive vaccine sales and achieve assigned targets across Hanoi and Northern Vietnam
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts through effective targeting and segmentation
  • Deliver accurate scientific information and product messaging for Sanofi’s vaccine portfolio
  • Implement territory action plans aligned with marketing and medical strategies
  • Organize and participate in scientific events, product talks, and awareness activities
  • Gather and analyze competitor intelligence to inform strategy and drive performance
  • Plan and execute daily visit schedules to optimize reach and frequency across customer base
About You
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
  • Prior field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; MNC background is a plus
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Team player with a self-driven, proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with local healthcare system, stakeholders, and public health policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
