Job Description :
  • Responsible for key Inventory KPIs of all Shopee's Warehouses.
  • Initiate/drive projects with diversified stakeholders (Warehouse managers, Warehouse operators, relevant office teams) to improve:
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Inventory efficiency, including optimise inventory layout, inventory storage setting
  • DEM (Damage/Expire/Missing) rate
  • Analyze data key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvement
  • Report and present projects to management
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management in supply chain/logistics, e-commerce, consulting
  • Strong execution, stakeholders management and data analytics
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
