Customer Financial Policy Specialist

• Develop, propose, and implement customer financial policies (installment plans, interest support programs, financial incentives, etc.) to drive sales performance.

• Collaborate with financial partners (banks, financial institutions) to design and optimize financial product packages tailored to different customer segments.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs through KPIs; propose improvements to enhance business performance.

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and benchmark competitors’ financial policies to propose competitive solutions.

• Ensure proper implementation of financial policies across the sales system in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Law, or related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, banking, fintech, or commercial policy development.

• Strong understanding of personal financial products (installment plans, consumer lending, credit products, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial performance and data.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Logical thinking, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
