- Ensure your pupils achieve learning outcomes that are above average in the subject of mathematics by instructing students in a clear, concise and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging and incorporate the curriculum
- Incorporate the schools objectives into your curriculum by remaining up to date with mission and initiatives
- Attend staff development days to improve your skills and receive help and feedback from colleagues
- Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding childs performance, track and record student progress and keep records up to date for progress reports and report card conferences
- Review curriculum needs and execute plans for improvement, and provide tutoring and additional support
- Attend school events to better understand student interest and personalities outside of the regular classroom, build strong relationships with your students and aid in the strengthening of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Expertise in the field of mathematics
- Hold a university or college degree
- Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;
- Hold a valid passport from an English-speaking country;
- Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity and patience
- Have a clear background check;
- Have experience working in academic environment;
Salary (for social insurance): VND (according to Vietnamese insurance law)
Productivity salary: VND
Reward scheme: 10.000.000 VND /semester (Net) with good performance (A)
Loyalty bonus (if working the two-year contract):
1) Health insurance or a return flight home ticket (maximum 24
million VND)
2) Summer pay (50% of one-month salary for June). Summer pay
will be paid with the salary of the first month of the new school
year if continuing working for next year.
3) 50% fee support for TRC and work permit (maximum 22.5 million
VND). ( In case the visa expires, the individual will pay the visa costs
yourself before having work permit and temporary residence card )
