About the Department:The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business by coordinating all communication to deliver the value of the company’s products and corporate stance. Especially, Digital marketing teams work to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, foster customer engagement, and drive conversions through various digital marketing strategies across the channels. This team is also responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and execute optimum strategies across all acquisition & engagement channels to boost the growth of business in the digital arena.About the Role:The role focuses on managing UNIQLO's e-commerce website and mobile application, ensuring product updates, content development, and promotional activities align with global and local strategies. It requires a skilled professional with marketing and technical expertise to enhance online sales and customer experience.Responsibilities:(1) Website PlanningMake website communication plans according to company’s business direction (local & global headquarter), marketing campaigns, and sales & inventory plan of E-commerce.Prepare & select proper marketing assets for communication by communicating with stakeholders including internal designers.(2) Website & App ManagementManage and update contents on the website and App through CMS.Update contents on the homepage every week according to the company’s business focus and launch some special pages to feature specific product categories &/or occasional campaigns on demand.Update product name, description and other contents on each product page by communicating with the global headquarters which manages the website contents remotely.Handle E-commerce related communication in offline stores by collaborating with other departments.(3) Review & analyze relevant data, make suggestions, and change resultsSet clear responsible KPIs related to E-commerce business (ex. conversion rate, session, or sales of the whole E-commerce and each page) and make them visible and trackable to all relevant stakeholders.Monitor the progress of those KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand basis and report to managers to improve the performance.By using GA (Google Analytics), review and analyze Website performance and content performance to execute necessary countermeasures.(4) Other ad-hoc workLead any other related work including frequent updates in the E-commerce platform (both front-end and back-end systems) by collaborating with relevant departments and the global headquarters.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with major in Marketing or related fields.At least 3 years experience in marketing &/or E-Commerce site operation from related industry.English: Business level (both written & verbal)Knowledge of HTML, Content Management System (CMS) for e-commerce, User Interface (UI/UX) and Design Photoshop.Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines.Good analytical skills to draw insights from data and reflect them to actions; experiences in analytical work using GA4Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential, sensitive informationExperience in retail or FMCG, especially fashion retail, is preferredPersonalities:Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive; possesses an inquisitive, commercial, analytical mind.Strong passion and career aspiration to make the brand be No.1 in the market.Mindset of customer-oriented & store-oriented.
