Job DescriptionYour MissionThe Game Developer role plays a crucial part in maximizing our user participation and stickiness to our Craftland world, by building new maps, game modes on our Craftland environment. The position will be in charge of quality of maps and games created by our development team. You will be able to explore innovative and complex gameplay style, thereby broadening our PGC game maps and building up new exciting modes.Your QuestGame Development:

Working with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative games for our platform.
Develop, test, and maintain games, ensuring they meet technical and artistic standards.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in game design, with the goal of independently managing the full game development lifecycle end-to-end.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize games for performance across multiple devices and platforms.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless gameplay.

Maintenance and Updates:

Provide regular updates to improve game features and functionality.
Address and resolve bugs promptly to maintain game stability and quality.

Technical Support and Collaboration:

Provide technical support to junior developers, regional teams, and PUGC studios.
Offer feedback and solutions for issues related to the game editor and other tools.

Job Requirements

A deep love for gaming with passion about creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences is a must.
Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable university of Information Technology or above.
At least 2-year experience with proven record in game development with game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar., with a strong portfolio of published games. Having experience in designing games for UGC platforms: Roblox, Mini World, Blockman GO, etc is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of game development concepts such as game mechanics, UI design, and game balancing.
Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with scripting languagues like .Lua, Python, etc is a plus
Strong understanding of game mechanics, physics, 2D,3D and user interface design.
Experience with multiplayer game programming, implementing client / server architecture.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to cross-functional and cross regional teams. Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs quickly. Able to deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
