I. Role PurposeDefine and execute HR strategy for the responsible factories in alignment with the Group's direction and strategy.II. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a business partner to the responsible factories.Coordinate and execute HR Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives for the responsible factories.Drive the creation and execution of People Strategies & Plans to attract, develop, and retain employees, supporting both short-term and long-term business needs.Maintain awareness of the HR market trends in the region where the factories operate, and initiate plans to strengthen the company's competitive advantages.Develop HR team members, conduct succession planning, and ensure a strong pipeline of talent within the HR function.Oversee compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.III. Job Specification / Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:B.A. degree in HRM, Business Management, or people/social related fields.Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven success working in a diverse HR environment.Experience in driving change processes and influencing organizational strategy.Demonstrated ability in managing employee relationships in challenging contexts, with strong facilitation and negotiation skills.Previous exposure to factory environment and industrial relations.Skills:Strong knowledge of HR strategy and operational execution.Ability to develop and mentor HR team members.Analytical, proactive, and capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
