Your.Rentals is looking for young and talented members to join the Customer Success Team based in Hanoi.Are you a good problem-solver, a quick learner, and interested in technology? We’re looking for a caring, motivated, and self-starting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users, who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.As this role directly supports our users, most of whom are based in Europe, the hours of work will be non-standard.Key roles and Responsibilities

Providing support to property managers who may need to optimize content, amenities, photos, pricing, and booking rules based on available data provided by the team.
Collaborate with other teams to make sure new properties are stable online.
Respond to simple property managers' inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
Participate to contribute to business expansion by retaining and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Must have

Good understanding of spoken and written English
Good efficiency of French/Spanish/Italian
Comfortable using web-based software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic use of spreadsheets.
Self-motivated and able to plan own work
Able to prepare own working devices such as laptop, headphones, mouse
Able to work part-time in non standard working hours (from 12pm to 9pm).
