- You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the overall customer experience across various channels and touch points.
- The successful candidate will lead a team in developing and implementing strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to instill a customer-centric mindset throughout the organisation.
- Experience with customer experience management software and tools, as well as a background in the retail, food and beverage, or hospitality industry, is considered a plus.
- Proven experience as a Head of Customer Experience or in a similar customer-facing role is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer experience management, customer journey mapping, and customer analytic are crucial.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities is a key attribute.
- Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
