  • Demonstrated expertise in customer experience management, customer journey mapping, and customer analytic are crucial.
  • Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities is a key attribute.
  • Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
