Company DescriptionBosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the vision process
Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators

2/ Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines

Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated Work Instructions

3/ Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: FAT, SAT and line release

Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
Make status report about project progress and and release report

4/ Running and improving the M&S and Facet inspection process

Increasing machine's capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
Initiate OEE improvements
Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities

5/ Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)

Deploy BPS principles to process area
Find solution for a better BPS concept

6/ Being member/leader in the project Digitalization belong to M&S and Facet processQualifications

Engineer in mechatronics engineering/electronics or mechanical engineering
Work experiences as the same roles of PE
Project / Task Management
