Responsibilities:Oversee the planning department to ensure goods are ready by the dates requested by the sales team.Supervise production lines to guarantee compliance with quality standards.Manage raw materials, semi-finished products, and production efficiency to ensure timely execution and drive continuous improvement.Ensure all machinery is maintained, available, and running smoothly without unexpected breakdowns.Maintain proper organization and arrangement of finished and semi-finished goods.Utilize production resources effectively to optimize both daily and long-term productivity in alignment with company financial goals.Ensure timely execution of production assignments from senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve production-related challenges.Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate and manage the workforce to achieve efficient production output.Maintain accurate documentation and records of all production activities.Monitor and manage inventory to secure the availability of required production materials.Support the implementation and enforcement of health and safety procedures within the production area.Carry out tasks related to certifications or compliance as directed by top management.Train and develop workers to enhance skills and ensure high-quality performance.Requirements:5-10 years of experience managing manufacturing production, preferably in shoes, handbags, or garments.Strong English communication skills.Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive attitude.Flexible problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills aligned with company objectives.Experience with PU & PVC coating/printing is an advantage.
