Ensure all manufacturing processes to comply with local and global company standards (HSE, quality, manufacturing)
Responsible for maintaining and improve Risk management in production area
Get involved in projects under production area and transfer the operation process of new project to production team
Perform detail project feasibility on capex prior quotation which cover PRA, technical documentation, standard engineering document from regional team and MoC
To set up and maintain standard chemical process in site (related to production, HSE, Quality, maintenance). Leading the FPP standard process
To understand Process risk and provide support to the PRA and PR management
To improve the process on cost reduction, Lean application, problem solving
To work and cooperate with other section teams by providing chemical process data, parameters
To participate project in term of chemical process, documentation.
To participate the new product launch in cooperation with production team, quality team,

Hand-over and provide training of new and or change in operation parameters, new product, new process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, industrial or related major
At least 3 years working experience in the same position
Knowledge on HSEQ Management system
Knowledgeable in Engineering International Standard.
Chemical engineering design capability and strong process optimization and trouble shooting skills.
Good competency in controlling production processes
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity.
