- Perform analyses for daily monitoring and ad-hoc project
- Monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI performance & contribute to solution
- Monitor implementation of SOPs ensuring compliance & consistency and continuous improvement of SOPs
- Participate in BAU/spike planning and executing
- Optimize Operation Performance in the matter of SLA and Cost
- University or College graduate
- Experienced in the industry: min 2 years
- Analytical mindset: Intermediate
- Problem-solving: Intermediate
- Tasking management: Intermediate
- Collaboration: Intermediate
- Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools: Good
- Good English proficiency
- Experienced in SOP Design/Optimization
- Working as management consultant is a big plus
