The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam and willing to learn Singapore laws. As a Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely payroll services to our clients, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Vietnam- Calculate and process taxes, social insurance, and other deductions accurately- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits- Work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide solutions- Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy- Provide training and support to clients on payroll-related matters- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations- Handle any ad-hoc payroll-related projects or tasks as assigned by management related to building material for payroll services, policies and procedureRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese- Experience in handling payroll for multiple clients is a plusJoin our team and be a part of a dynamic and growing HR consulting firm in Vietnam.
