- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and culture.
- Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish clear objectives and key performance indicators for total rewards initiatives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
- Conduct regular market analyses and salary surveys to maintain salary structures that attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
- Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements or modifications to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Serve as the primary liaison with benefit vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that reinforce organizational values and foster a culture of appreciation.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recognition programs, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact and engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align recognition initiatives with employee performance and business outcomes.
- Utilize HRIS and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret employee data related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends to inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, methodologies, and market trends.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification(s) such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
