Commercial Finance Supervisor - 6 months (Full-time Freelancer Onsite)

• Revenue forecast and business consultation:

• Supervise and monitor the activities of revenue reporting/budgeting/forecasting by client, and ensure accurate accounting substantiated by proper supporting documents;
• Work closely with Business partners to build client revenue budgets of the company in consideration of Company’s strategies and annual KPI targets;
• Manage projection of revenue and client expense forecasts on periodic basis along with monthly quarterly forecasting and annual budget. Track latest updates of all commercial projects through regular participation to WIP meetings;
• Review and support business leads in negotiation of sales contract and purchasing contract, and ensure commercial terms and main legal aspects are properly reviewed/approved according to existing workflows, and in line with Groupe requirements;
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization, and support business leads when needed (financial analysis, dashboard, pitch process
• Performance analysis and reporting:

• Manage and monitor client profitability, KPI tracking and reports monthly; challenge resources demand in this context, to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of work;
• Consolidation and analysis of business plans and performance reports of all Creative teams: revenue dashboards, Quarterly Client Leadership Plans, Quarterly Client Profitability Reports and other specific reporting/ analysis as required by management team;
• Support Commercial Finance Lead in SAP implementation and data extraction/ data analysis from SAP;
• Specific Client reporting for Global/ Regional Clients.
• Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Group’s policy, IFRS and VAS in all relevant tasks;
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors when needed;
• Liaise with client audit. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines;
• 4+ years in commercial finance/ auditing or similar experiences;
• Expected to be able to multitask in addition to strong technical financial expertise;
• Professional English communications, negotiation and business partnership skills;
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (skills in Power Query, Power BI, Power Pivot is a plus).
